Take a tour of our new practice with this Dentistry Cribs video. The tour is led by Dr Aly Virani, the clinical director of the practice. North Cardiff Dental & Implants is conveniently located in the North Cardiff suburbs, in Rhiwbina.
Our Practice
Our practice has a modern design with an elegant navy and gold colour scheme. The facility has two completed surgeries, with a third being constructed, as well as a Facial Aesthetics room. There are currently seven clinicians and four additional staff members working at the practice.
The theme of the practice is that of a ‘rainforest spa’. The rainforest theme consists of plants ‘dotted’ around the waiting areas, a waterfall and a ‘living wall’. The aim is to create a calm and relaxing environment inside the practice. ‘We’ve tried to create a rainforest spa feeling. When people come in from having a busy, stressful day, we just want to reset everything’ – Dr Aly Virani.
Our practice is fully equipped with all the necessary modern technology and tools. This includes a Planmeca CBCT scanner to provide 3D dental imaging. Additionally, the surgeries also contain pink and green dental chairs. ‘We’ve chosen bright chairs for both surgeries, pink and green. Otherwise we felt everything would feel a little too clinical. We wanted patients to feel like there is a little bit of fun in the practice too’ Dr Aly Virani adds.
